General Shipping Information
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.
Order Confirmation? You'll receive immediate confirmation for your order while you're still online at Lavish NYC. You'll also receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provide. Save both for your records, as they include an order number that you can use to check the status of your order.
All Purchase (except mask, swimwear, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 14 days from the delivered date.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return.
Swimwear is not eligible for return.
Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Do you provide International delivery?
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, we are no longer able to ship to several locations. Additionally, you may experience shipping delays on international orders. Estimated delivery will be shown at checkout after you select your shipping method.
